Your adventure begins in the afternoon with the issuance of the Forest Entry Pass by KFDC, allowing access into the protected forest area. From there, enjoy a scenic bus safari from Vandiperiyar to Gavi, a 26-kilometer journey that winds through thick forest landscapes and offers glimpses of wildlife and natural beauty along the way.
Upon arrival at Gavi, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a quick registration process. Afterward, guests will be allocated rooms and checked in, giving you time to settle into your accommodation and absorb the peaceful surroundings.
In the late afternoon, embark on a peaceful boat safari across the pristine waters of the Gavi reservoir. Following the boat ride, you’ll have a chance to indulge in a rejuvenating jungle bath at hidden waterfalls, an experience that truly connects you with nature.
Return to the camp for some refreshing tea or coffee served with snacks, before heading to the scenic Sabarimala viewpoint, which offers a breathtaking view of the distant pilgrimage site nestled in the mountains. The evening continues with a visit to the local museum, where you can explore exhibits such as animal skeletons and forest artifacts, offering insights into the rich biodiversity of the region.
As night falls, gather for an informative wildlife and forest awareness session, led by local naturalists or forest officials. This is a great opportunity to learn about the flora, fauna, and conservation efforts in the Gavi region.
Later, enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local flavors, followed by a cozy campfire session where guests can relax, share stories, and enjoy the calm of the forest night. Retire to your rooms for a peaceful night’s sleep surrounded by nature.
Rise early for an exciting jungle vehicle safari, covering a 54-kilometer route through the core areas of the forest. This safari provides a deeper glimpse into the wildlife and untouched beauty of the region.
After the safari, return for a hearty breakfast before setting out on a guided forest trek of around 6 kilometers. This walk through the forest trails allows you to experience the ecosystem up close, with possible sightings of birds, butterflies, and unique plants. The trek also includes a visit to a traditional cardamom plantation, where you can learn about the cultivation of one of Kerala’s most famous spices.
The tour concludes with a sumptuous traditional Kerala Sadhya lunch, served on a banana leaf and consisting of a variety of vegetarian dishes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the region.

- As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
- Price is valid for minimum 02 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that Lulu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

BOOKING POLICY
The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.
PAYMENT TERMS
- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare or Train Fare + ₹5,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
