Arrival, Welcome & Check-In Guests arrive at Tent City, Dhordo where they are warmly welcomed and assisted with check-in to their tents.
A delicious lunch is served at the respective dining area, offering a variety of local and multi-cuisine dishes.
In-house Activities Guests can participate in a range of in-house activities within the Tent City, which may include games, cultural exhibits, craft stalls, or relaxation zones.
Evening High Tea Refreshments are served with tea or coffee and light snacks.
Visit to the White Rann for Sunset Guests are transferred to the White Rann to witness the majestic sunset over the salt desert, a truly magical sight. Transfers are provided by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both.
Return to Tent City Guests return to the Tent City after sunset viewing.
Dinner A lavish dinner is served at the respective dining area.
Cultural Evening Enjoy an evening filled with the folk music and dance of Kutch, along with entertainment activities at the Cultural Activity Area.

Day Trip to Mandvi
Depart for Mandvi, a renowned coastal destination about 140 km from Dhordo, known for its peaceful white sand beaches, scenic views, and historical significance.
Leisure at the Private Beach. Spend time relaxing at one of Gujarat’s finest beaches. Guests can enjoy swimming, beach walks, or horse and camel rides along the coast.
Savor a delicious lunch served at the private dining area on Mandvi Beach.
Post Lunch – Visit to Vijay Vilas Palace Explore the Vijay Vilas Palace, built in 1929 as a summer retreat for the Maharao of Kutch. Admire its Rajput-style architecture, red sandstone construction, and panoramic sea views from its domed terrace.
Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial Visit the memorial of freedom fighter Shyamji Krishna Varma, a replica of India House in London, which stands as a tribute to his contribution to India’s independence movement.
Return to Tent City, Dhordo Guests are transferred back to Dhordo after a fulfilling day of sightseeing.
After that another beautiful cultural night awaits with performances that showcase the rich traditions of Kutch.
Morning Tea
Sunrise at White Rann- Guests are taken to the White Rann to witness the breathtaking sunrise, as the white salt flats glow under the first light of day.
Optional Yoga Session Guests can join a guided yoga session in the serene surroundings.
Enjoy breakfast back at the Tent City.
In-house Activities Free time to explore activities and amenities within Tent City.
Lunch is served at the dining area.
Kala Dungar Tour & Gandhi Nu Gaam Visit -Embark on a complimentary excursion to Kala Dungar, the highest point in Kutch, offering panoramic views of the salt desert. En route, visit Gandhi Nu Gaam, a handicraft village showcasing traditional Kutchi artwork and culture. Tea/coffee and refreshments will be provided during the tour.
A variety of dinner options await you at the dining area.
Cultural Evening Conclude the day with music, dance, and cultural festivities at the Cultural Activity Area.

Smritivan Earthquake Museum Visit (Optional) Before you leave Bhuj, enjoy a complimentary sightseeing tour of the Smritivan Earthquake Museum, which offers an immersive and moving experience that commemorates the 2001 earthquake in Gujarat and showcases the resilience of the people of Kutch. (Note: The museum is closed on Mondays.)

- Price is valid for minimum 02 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that Lulu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.

- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare or Train Fare + ₹5,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
