Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure, relaxing at the hotel or exploring optional excursions (listed below). BOOKING POLICY
Booking is confirmed only after payment; unpaid bookings remain tentative and subject to availability.
PAYMENT TERMS
At booking (more than 45 days): full airfare/train fare + refundable deposit per person.
30 days prior: 50% of package cost.
Within 20 days: 100% of package cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to 45 days: refundable booking deposit.
45-30 days: 30% of tour cost.
30-20 days: 50% of tour cost.
20-10 days: 75% of tour cost.
Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of tour cost.
