Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. BOOKING POLICY
Booking is confirmed only after payment; unpaid bookings remain tentative and subject to availability.

At booking (more than 45 days): full airfare/train fare + refundable deposit per person.
30 days prior: 50% of package cost.
Within 20 days: 100% of package cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to 45 days: refundable booking deposit.
45-30 days: 30% of tour cost.
30-20 days: 50% of tour cost.
20-10 days: 75% of tour cost.
Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of tour cost.
