• Price is valid for minimum 2 adults travelling together; variation in passenger count may change cost.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional cost.
• BOOKING POLICY
• Booking is confirmed only after payment; unpaid bookings remain tentative and subject to availability.
• PAYMENT TERMS
• At booking (more than 45 days): full airfare/train fare + refundable deposit per person.
• 30 days prior: 50% of package cost.
• Within 20 days: 100% of package cost.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Prior to 45 days: refundable booking deposit.
• 45-30 days: 30% of tour cost.
• 30-20 days: 50% of tour cost.
• 20-10 days: 75% of tour cost.
• Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of tour cost.
