FRIDAY - RIYADH (Arrival) Arrival at Riyadh airport, after visa and immigration formalities our representative will meet and escort the guests to their air-conditioned vehicle for their transfer to the hotel. Overnight in RIYADH.
SATURDAY - RIYADH Breakfast at the hotel. We will start our tour of mystic Riyadh by visiting the National Museum which showcases Arabian heritage from Prehistory to the modern era. Visit Murabba Palace (outside view), and continue to Masmak Fort and museum. End the day passing the Kingdom Tower and Faisaliah. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Riyadh.
SUNDAY - RIYADH – HAIL (623 KM): BY TRAIN Breakfast at your hotel & check out. Depart for Ha’il. Arrive for lunch (on your own). Visit A’Arif Fort, heritage museum, traditional market, and Ha’il Regional Museum. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Ha’il.
MONDAY - HA’IL – JUBBAH – AL ULA (580 km) Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to Jubbah to explore ancient petroglyphs and sandstone outcrops. Cross Nefud Al Kabir desert en route to Al Ula. Visit Jebel Al-Fil (Elephant Rock). Dinner and overnight in Al Ula.
TUESDAY - AL ULA – MEDINA (330 KM) Breakfast and check-out. Visit Hegra (Madain Saleh), Saudi’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Medina (approx. 4 hrs). Dinner on your own. Overnight in Medina.
WEDNESDAY - MEDINA - JEDDAH (408 KM) Breakfast and check-out. Visit city outskirts including Mount Uhud, DAR AL MADINA museum. Travel to Jeddah (approx. 5 hrs). Check in and overnight stay in Jeddah.
THURSDAY - JEDDAH (Departure) Breakfast and check-out. Tour Jeddah Corniche, King Fahd’s Fountain, Tayyebat Museum, and Al-Balad Old Town walking tour. Transfer to airport for departure.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- As per RBI rule it is mandatory to produce PAN Card Copy of the client at the time of Payment.
- Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
- Price is valid for minimum 2 Adults travelling together, any variation in passenger count will differ the tour cost.
- We are not holding any reservations for the above trip & confirmation is subject to availability on clients' preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternatively, dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
- Please be advised that LuLu Holidays does not assure visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the consulate.
- Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Early check-in & late checkout are not included and are subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

BOOKING POLICY
The confirmation of your booking is contingent upon receiving full payment. Bookings made without payment will be considered tentative and subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer the booking to other guests without prior notice. Please ensure you monitor the status of tentative bookings closely.

- At the time of booking (More than 45 days before departure): Full Airline Fare + ₹20,000 refundable booking deposit per person.
- 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour package cost required.
- Within 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The charges are as follows:
- Prior to 45 days from the departure date: Refundable Booking Deposit
- Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No Show: No Refund
